We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. This position requires 12 hour over night shifts preferably from 8pm - 8am, but there is some flexibility with start and end times.

Duties:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Medication Reminders

- Assist with meal preparation

- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up

- Assist with needs if client wakes at night

- Monitor and assure client safety

- Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the appropriate supervisor

- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required

- Experience working with people with dementia preferred

- Ability to provide direct support and care to individuals with varying needs

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
